Viewing Reports

This section describes the following pages and reports in Reporting:

• Dashboard: This page displays some or all of the test groups for which assessments have been completed by your associated students.
• Performance on Tests Report: This report lists some or all of the assessments completed by your associated students. If you're a teacher, it also lists your associated students who took the assessments.
• Assessment Reports: Each of these reports provides detailed student performance data for an individual assessment at a particular institution and user level District, school, teacher, roster, or student.
  • Demographic Sub-Group Reports: Each of these reports can be accessed from any Assessment Report that includes multiple students. Demographic Sub-Group Reports provide data broken down by demographic sub-group, based on up to three demographic categories.
    • Demographic Combination Reports: These reports can be derived from Demographic Sub-Group Reports, and they list data for a specific combination of sub-groups.
• Student Portfolio Reports: Each of these reports provides performance data for all the assessments completed by an individual student. Student Portfolio Reports can be filtered to include data from previous school years as well as the latest year.
• Individual Student Reports (ISR): These reports can be exported from almost any Reporting page. They are useful for sharing with parents and guardians. An ISR lists data for a particular test opportunity An instance of a student taking a test.
• Student Data Files: These files can be exported from almost any Reporting page. They are useful for analysis.
