Overview of the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page for all Reporting users.

The Dashboard displays an aggregation card for each test group. A typical test group comprises a single test type, a single subject, and all grades. Each aggregation card displays the test group name, a list of grades included, the number of students who took tests in the group, the date of the test last taken, and a performance distribution bar displaying both percentages and student counts below it. If performance level data cannot be aggregated across the test group, a message displays instead of a performance distribution bar.

To view more detailed data for a particular test group on the dashboard, click the name of the group (or beside it). This takes you to the Performance on Tests report, filtered to show only that test group.

From the Performance on Tests report or any Assessment Report, you can return to the Dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the upper-left corner of the page.
