About User Roles

You can access different reports and features depending on your user role.

Users see the Dashboard landing page when they log in, and from there they can navigate to the Performance on Tests report and deeper-level reports. All users can view the Student Performance on Test report, and can generate Individual Student Reports (ISR) and student data files.

Teachers see a special My Students table at the bottom of the Performance on Tests report page, and they can access the My Students' Performance on Test report.
School-level users can access the School Performance on Test report.
District-level users can access the District Performance on Test report and the School Performance on Test report.

Reporting only displays data for one institution and user at a time. If you have multiple user roles or you are associated with multiple institutions, you must change your user role and/or institution in Reporting in order to access the Dashboard and reports for each role and institution.
