For additional information and assistance in using the Test Delivery System, contact the Idaho Help Desk.

The Help Desk is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. MT (except holidays or as otherwise indicated on the ISAT portal).

Please provide the Idaho Help Desk with as detailed a description as possible, including as much of the following as appropriate:

  • Test Administrator name.
  • Any error messages that appeared, if applicable.
  • If the issue pertains to a student, provide the associated district or school. Do not provide the student’s name.
  • EDUIDs shall only be provided over the phone.
  • If the question pertains to a user account, provide the user’s full name and email address.
  • Affected test session ID and question number, if applicable. For security reasons, do not describe or include a screenshot of the information in the question.
  • Operating system and browser information, including version numbers. Please clarify if the TA and Student testing devices are different.
