Changing Institution

If your account is associated with multiple institutions, you can switch between them at any time.

You can score item responses for only one school’s test opportunities at a time. If you are associated with multiple schools, you may change the selected school in order to score opportunities from other schools.

To change the institution for which you are viewing reports:

1.From the Features & Tools menu, select Change Role. The Change Role window appears.

2.From the Role dropdown list, select the desired institution (entity name).

3.Select Continue. The window closes and the Dashboard Generator for the selected institution appears.

To change the school for which you are hand-scoring opportunities:

1.Select Change School in the top-right corner of the scoring Dashboard. The Select School page appears.

2.From the dropdown, select the school you want to view.

3.Select Continue. The scoring Dashboard for the selected school appears.

Note: Oregon users do not hold multiple roles. When selecting a different institution, the same role name will be listed before each institution.
